• why conventional approaches fail (me anyway), and

• my alternative frameworks.

I’m certified in artificial intelligence (IBM Data & AI) as well as privacy protection (IAPP CIPP/US).

As “Joe Redd,” I’m the tech founder of Synergy Vitality Works, an AI solutions company that builds AI agents and apps for small business owners in health, fitness, wellness, and biotech. We help med spas, gyms, clinics, and private practices capture more leads, automate operations, and stop losing clients to missed calls; using AI built by someone who actually works in the industry.

I’m also certified in personal training and nutrition coaching, and I’m qualified to teach Pilates on all apparatuses. When I’m not building or marketing apps, I’m usually exercising or watching anime.
